Information the app uses

Setup Savings uses your shop domain and Shopify session information to sign you in and keep your store’s settings separate. Shopify may provide staff details such as a user ID, name or email address as part of that session.

The app uses selected products, variants, collection membership, prices, availability and your saved setup rules to show the right choices and apply the configured offer. Shopify handles order and payment processing.

The current app does not request customer or order access and does not store shopper payment details. When you contact support, we receive the contact details and information you choose to send.

Why we use information

We use this information to authenticate installations, maintain your settings, display compatible product choices, operate setup pricing, investigate errors and respond to support requests. We do not sell app data or use it for targeted advertising.

Service providers and processing location

Shopify provides installation, authorized catalog access and checkout. Render hosts the app and its database in Ohio, United States. Namecheap forwards messages sent to our support address to our business inbox. These providers process information as needed to deliver their services.

We use operational logs to diagnose issues. This documentation website uses no advertising or analytics scripts; its hosting provider may process basic request information such as IP addresses for delivery and security. Processing may occur outside your country.

Security and access

The app uses Shopify authentication, shop-scoped records and encrypted HTTPS connections. Access to infrastructure is limited to operating and supporting the service. No method of storage or transmission can provide an absolute security guarantee.

Retention and deletion

The app keeps saved configurations and revisions while you use it. After a verified uninstall or shop deletion event, it removes that shop’s sessions and settings from the active app database. An unlisted display product can remain in Shopify for reuse if you reconnect checkout.

The current Render plan keeps database recovery history for three days and dashboard logs for seven days.

We retain support correspondence for as long as needed to resolve the request and maintain necessary business records. Please avoid sending unrelated personal information.

Privacy requests

Contact support@honeebee.co to request access, correction or deletion of information related to Setup Savings. Tell us which store or support request is involved; we may verify your authority before acting. You may also uninstall the app in Shopify. Shopify’s authenticated privacy requests are handled by the app’s privacy callbacks.
